Kim K. Dernovsek, MD
Director and Medical Advisor, UCE
Dr. Kim Dernovsek, Associate Clinical Professor, Departments of Dermatology and Family Practice, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, is author of “Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases from Office to Globe”, in the medical textbook, Preventive Dermatology. Dr Dernovsek has lectured at regional and national meetings of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Christian Medical and Dental Society (CMDA), National Abstinence Education Association (NAEA) and at Makerere University in Uganda, AFRICA. Past recipient of a Women’s Dermatologic Society Career Enhancement Award, American Academy of Dermatology Leadership Circle for Volunteerism and the National Abstinence Clearinghouse Medical Impact Award, she has also been named by peers to Best Doctors in America continuously since 1996. She is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology and practices dermatology in Pueblo, Colorado, USA.
Kenneth D. Dernovsek, M.D.

Dr. Ken Dernovsek, board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism (which includes hormones and pubertal development), is Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and has served on medical missions to Haiti, Dominican Republic and Uganda. He practices Endocrinology in Pueblo, Colorado, USA has been repeatedly named by peers to Best Doctors in America. He has reviewed multiple health education curriculae, having served three years on the Health Curriculum Committee in School District #60, Pueblo, Colorado. Dedicated to improvement of health via promotion of lifestyle sexual abstinence (chastity) among teens, he and his wife, dermatologist, Dr Kim Dernovsek, have taught the Christian perspective on sexuality in sessions to Colorado youth since 1994.
The Rev. Dr. Ephraim Radner

In the fall of 2007, Fr. Radner joined Wycliffe College,Toronto, Canada, as Professor of Historical Theology. He holds a Doctorate in Theology from Yale University and is the author and editor of several books, including The End of the Church and Spirit and Nature, both dealing with aspects of pneumatology and Hope Among the Fragments: The Broken Church and Its Engagement of Scripture. Having worked in various parts of the world-wide Anglican Communion, including as a missionary in Burundi, Africa, he later pastored in Brooklyn (NY), Cleveland (OH), taught theology in the U.S. and abroad, and directed a Haitian mission congregation in Connecticut. He served as Rector at Church of the Ascension, Pueblo (CO), and is former Canon Missioner in the Diocese of Colorado. He is a board member and theologian for the Anglican Communion Institute.

Dominic A. Cingoranelli, CPA, CGMA, CMC®

Mr. Cingoranelli is co-founder and Executive Vice-President in charge of Consulting Services of the Succession Institute, LLC, an organizational development consulting firm with offices in Texas and Colorado. He assists clients with defining their organizational direction, and he helps them develop strategies and plans to realize their goals. He is the co-author of two books for professional services firms, publishes articles and speaks frequently on management and consulting issues. Mr. Cingoranelli is a member of the parish of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Castle Rock, Colorado.  He is a past member of the Parish Finance Committee for St. Therese and St. Joseph parishes in Pueblo, CO. He also served on the board of a local nonprofit theater league, and is a Past President of the Associates Council of the Colorado Contractors Association, a nonprofit trade association. Over the years he has provided accounting and consulting services to a variety of nonprofit organizations.
Donald J. Banner, BSEE, JD

Mr. Banner has been engaged in the practice of law since 1972 and is currently a principal stockholder of Banner & Bower, P.C. located in Pueblo, Colorado, specializing in civil matters with emphasis on real estate, wills, trusts, estates, partnership, business, transactional work, corporate and banking. Mr. Banner is a member of the Pueblo County Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and National Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society, the national Association of Philanthropic Planners and the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable. He has been associated as a board member including chair positions with a variety of local nonprofits throughout his career.
Daniel W. Oldenburg, JD
Member, Board UCE
Mr. Oldenburg is an Attorney located in Pueblo, CO. He practices in the areas of Immigration and Nationality Law, Estate Planning and Probate. He graduated from the University of Dallas in 1999 with degrees in Political Philosophy and Spanish. He speaks Spanish fluently. He graduated with honors from Creighton University School of Law in 2002. He is Counsel for the Diocese of Pueblo. He resides in Pueblo with his wife Monica and 6 children.
